Youth Football

This year’s football photography season was a bit more challenging than last year.  This year many of the games were under stadium lights.  It is always more difficult to capture frame stopping actions without the benefit of sunlight.  It was a good season and I was able to capture some great shots for the teams.

  1. I recently had to do something similar for a school sports day, lighting can be your best friend or a complete nightmare!

  2. Very nice shots – loving the youth football. is it really much harder to shoot under the lights? Seems like it might make things easier if not a bit colored by the huge halogen(?) lamps.

I would assume stadium lights would be helpful but I guess it depends on your angle and other variables.

  9. I’ve always thought that football, on any level from Pop Warner to high school to college to the pros, is the single most beautiful sport to behold…
